Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original GemsMantraTM packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
